Important information

A Tender Assessment is decision support based on the tender information and business information available at the time of review. It is not legal, financial or procurement advice and does not guarantee eligibility, a compliant submission or a contract award. Customers remain responsible for verifying factual claims, declarations, certifications, commercial pricing and final submission content.

Cancellation/refunds: if you cancel before assessment work begins, contact me to request a refund. Once substantive assessment work has started, fees may not be refundable because the service is individually prepared. Any statutory consumer rights that apply are unaffected.

Privacy: information supplied for an assessment is used to provide the requested service, communicate about the engagement and maintain necessary business records. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. For privacy or service queries, contact iain@iainnolan.ie.
